Well it's been a while since my last post. Woodcrest Woodworking is busy busy getting ready for its first art show. We will be at AutumnFest in Mebane on October 13th. Come check us out, and maybe buy a pen or two. :)

A couple new pens. First up is a shock-absorber pen kit. The cap is aluminum that I turned. It is my first time working with aluminum and it turned out pretty well if I do say so myself.
The second kit is a bolt-action pen in gunmetal wearing a polished acrylic camouflage blank. The bolt works to extend and retract the cartridge.

Custom Colors
A pen from a blank I poured. It took a couple tries on the casting to get the effect I wanted. This pen is silver and gold. I have another black and blue that was a request. f you are interested in a custom color, let me know.

The Great Gatsby
My latest pen. The style is called Gatsby. I am going to keep this one rather than try and sell it. I had a mishap while turning it. At least part of the repair is obvious to me even though my focus group can't find it. Besides, I like the color.
